“No complaints...”
I was worried having read reviews, what had I done? We travel to Bruges every year and know the city inside out. I knew the location was good. Ten mins to centre on foot. The hotel is under new management, they know it needs renovating and they are ! Top floor about done. So we had two rooms on t… more

“Renovation coming - and needed”
Firstly, we found the staff pleasant and Ignace in particular was warm and helped with suggestions. Unfortunately there were issues with the tv, the curtains and the “superior” room was a little underwhelming. Breakfast was ok but the bar was never staffed so we were rarely there other than bedtime… more
