Lovely hotel for our 2 night stay in a Bluebell category room. Easy walking distance to the Grand Place. Professional staff most accommodating. I would recommend checking your wifi service once checked into your room. Ours was not dependable with connections on and off throughout our stay which made it hard to plan for travel. We’d happily return if this issue was resolved.

Hotel Fleur de Ville is absolutely lovely, and so centrally located and walkable to most of the sights we wanted to see! First off, the building retains all of its charm even with some of the modern touches; it's really lovely just to sit in the lounge or enjoy some time in your room after a long day of sight-seeing. It's incredibly clean and well-maintained, as well as being quiet and relatively serene despite the lively neighborhood and the food hall next door. The staff really makes this place special: they were so lovely and helpful and accommodating, including helping with a fairly early check-in and having great recommendations for restaurants and cafes both within walking distance and further afield throughout the city. The decor is also the perfect mix of old-world charm with a bit more of a modern twist, and it's all so thoughtfully done - you can really tell someone thought about what really makes a hotel both functional and comfortable, and the price was both reasonable and more than worth it. I really can't picture us staying anywhere else on future trips to Brussels!

This is a beautiful hotel-exquisite! It is the perfect location to everything walkable-train station, eateries and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice! I wished the rooms had a telephone instead of an iPad to contact the front desk. Complimentary item like waters were not clearly marked and just listed the price of the water. I highly recommend this hotel!

I chose this hotel because of its historical background and beautiful architecture, and my first impression was very positive. The hotel appears quite new, very well maintained, with extremely clean rooms and elegant decor in city center. A major plus was the quiet atmosphere the rooms are not noisy at all, and the high ceilings create a pleasant and relaxing space. The breakfast was exceptional, with high-quality products. However, there were also a few aspects that disappointed us. Before arrival, we called to ask about parking availability and were told that parking was available. Upon check-in, however, we were informed that the parking was full and were directed to park at a shopping center about a 5-minute walk away. This did not seem acceptable given the prior confirmation. Another downside was the lack of a price menu at the bar which apparently they didn’thad. We ordered 3 vodka shots and were surprised to be charged 54 euros, without being informed of the price beforehand,especiallywhen we ask about a menu. We believe it would have been normal to have a visible menu or at least to be informed about the cost. The check-in process was quick, but the check-out experience was less pleasant. The staff did not seem very receptive to our feedback, and the issues we raised did not appear to be taken seriously. Additionally, we were not provided with a bill to sign the evening we had the shots, yet the following day we were informed that 54 euros had already been authorized on our card for the drinks. Overall, the hotel has many strong points, but these issues related to organization and communication should be improved.
