Stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with almost everything. Excellent location, 5/10 minute walk from the central train station and the main square. The rooms and the hotel itself is very clean and neat. Breakfast was very good and even though we went at peak hours there was no wait. Lounge was very comfortable with a very cozy sitting area outside. Only drawback was that there was no mini fridge in the rooms. We had two rooms and neither had one.

“Great city centre hotel”

Lovely hotel in the heart of Brussels The staff were all very helpful. A big shout out to Francisco the barman We had a great time and the hotel is centrally located. 👍 thanks from Ireland 🇮🇪

“Don't book breakfast”

The room was very small. No where to put your clothes. A small rail and a couple of short shelves. No tea and coffee making facilities. Clean with good shower and hairdryer. The room was very small. No where to put your clothes. A small rail and a couple of short shelves. No tea and coffee making facilities. Clean with good shower and hairdryer. Cleaners came every day and did a great job. Very quiet comfy beds so great nights sleep every night. Nobody waking us up in the morning with noisy doors noisy cleaners etc. 24 hour reception. Room key for use to get into the hotel at night. The worst thing about the hotel is the so called breakfast. What a waste of money. Cold meat, cheese, cold hard boiled egg, bread. Fruit and yoghurt. Nothing warm like bacon sausage beans . Basically I paid about £15 for a cheese sandwich. Don't book their so called breakfast and go out of the front door, turn right and cross the road to Leopold Cafe Royal. Now there you get a beautiful hot breakfast and a real plate full. Yes sometimes there might be a queue but it goes down quickly and there is a queue because it is so good and cheaper than the hotels pretend breakfast. Take a tip and don't bother booking the hotels pretend breakfast.

Basic, but clean and modern hotel in a good location, close to amenities and majority attractions are located with a 15/20 minute walk - also close to transport links. Rooms have a safe, which is free to use, but do not have a fridge which was a negative. Good shower and comfortable spacious bed. There is a bar available in the lobby which offers snacks and drinks 24/7 and has a chilled atmosphere to unwind or relax from. We did not try breakfast so can’t comment but appeared popular. Check out process was simple and you are able to store luggage at the hotel if checking out earlier than your flight etc which is helpful. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Daily cleaning of the rooms are offered and cleaning was to a high standard. Would recommend.
