This hotel is now part of each of our family summers. Located in a quite corner of the city center is allows for nice walks in the city and the old castle. The rooms are very clean and convenient and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it if you are in the region. If you are there in early August, don’t miss the Nisville Jazz Festival, taking place in the old caste.

Directly in the center of the historic town, quietly situated next to the river and castle. The hotel is lovely and a big A+ for the personell; We traveled trough Serbia and booked a room here for one night, it was a great choice, the parking is free and secure the location si also great with the river in front and aside a lovely and quiet park and you walk 3 minutes to the city center and the Castle, where we joined the Jazz Festival, just great! The restaurant was nice and we had a real good dinner, served a la cart, and an amazeing breakfast with tasty and plenty food. It was delicious. It has a sauna and a gym, if you make an apointment you can get a massage or a haircut for wery good price. We traveled with a child and i can say it is a family friendly hotel. In the end i would like to thank the personell, when we arrived there where thre kind young ladies at the desk and in the loby, they were great, helped us with everything; good manered, listening and swift. Thank you a lot. Oh,..., we will come back for sure, and stay longer, the city is awesome and we want to visit it again.

I have stayed for just one night at this hotel, but I took a close look at details. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. Two young ladies working there were efficient and spoke good English. Corridor in the room looks a bit narrow, but wardrobe has proper size and depth. Room was spacious and furnished in an interesting modern way. There was a comfortable armchair at one side, and regular chair at the table. Table is large enough to fit a laptop and a few papers next to it, but that’s it. There are enough wall sockets around the table to charge you laptop, phone, etc. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Minibar was well stocked. Light in the room was a bit low, but ok. View from the window was not much, as that side overlooks old crumbling houses. For better view, ask for room looking towards the river. Room and furniture show signs of wear&tear. Especially carpet which is ready for replacement. It is clean, but discolored and with stains that survived aggressive efforts to remove them. Bathroom was clean and practical. Bathtub was in good condition and equipped with water massage nozzles. But it wasn’t wall-to-wall and in the gap between tub and the wall there’s a thick grounding wire. Wall socket for shaver is a bit too high. Ceiling fan was very noisy so I have switched it off. But despite its quirks, bathroom was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. It was actually better than I would expect from a hotel of this size. I didn’t see fresh fruit juice. There was a machine from Rauch there, but it was mixing fruit-flavored powder with water. But there were fresh fruits on offer so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Considering good bed and overall cleanliness, location, and fairly low price - I will certainly use this hotel again for single night stays in Niš.
