“A hidden gem in the city centre”
The room was lovely and clean. The lady owner and her husband were warm, friendly and very helpful, as was their young son who returned us to the airport. “Good experience”
The stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice and well-kept rooms. On days with 32 C outside, it was lovely to rest in the area between the rooms which was furnished with old, elegant armchairs and old Bosnian ornaments. Freshly baked bread brough… more

“Very Cosy Place!”
We went there from Turkey for business purpose. It was very cosy place. Management of hotel was perfect. Great hospitality ! A cute family runs the hotel. Also son of the family was so helpfull and nice guy. Breakfast was enough... Thanks for everything.

“Great hotel and staff! ”
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Overall, I had a great experience with the Heartland City Hotel.
