The hotel is in a great location, with bars and restaurants on your door step and a large supermarket. There is also a taxi rank opposite. Everywhere is walkable in Sarajevo from here, we walked to the train and bus stations, the bottom.of Trebevic Mountain for the cable car and also all the attractions in the centre of Sarajevo. The room was clean and quiet and the shower worked well. We booked a double bed, but it was 2 singles pushed together that kept separating. The mattress was also very soft so made my back ache, but that is personal preference, some prefer a soft mattress. The staff on reception were always very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I am in Sarajevo.

Nice little hotel with a modern decor and ideally located. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had no noise issue. My room was very small. A closet and bathroom have quite obviously been fitted into a larger room. The bathroom does its job but is also very tiny. There's a ledge running the width of the room that can be used as a desk. There's a leather cube as seat, but if you sit on the bed, you're in a very good position to work on the ledge. But that's because I'm not very big. My husband would probably have been rather uncomfortable and knocking into things. All in all, I would recommend it for short stays or if you intend to spend a lot of time outside. Breakfast needs to be worked on. The breakfast coffee comes in a dozen different instant coffees. In a city that makes excellent coffee, this is a terrible idea. No matter your choice, the result is rather appalling. Please serve fresh coffee or set up a machine.

“Two day stay”

Clean hotel, friendly staff, willing to help. The rooms are very small, bathroom even smaller. Breakfast is simple. The location is great because you can walk to the Old Town, or to the city center. Easy to access public transport if needed.

Stayed here for two nights for business in Sarajevo. Hotel is clean and quiet with a reception that speaks English. The night and day staff were helpful and on hand 24 hours a day. There are few cables hanging out in reception and in the room. No kettle or complimentary water though. Shower… more

Stayed here for two nights for business in Sarajevo. Hotel is clean and quiet with a reception that speaks English. The night and day staff were helpful and on hand 24 hours a day. There are few cables hanging out in reception and in the room. No kettle or complimentary water though. Shower was very good, hot and powerful. Pretty average fare for a standard business hotel. Would stay here again though.
