“A hotel I would recommend to everyone.”

Definitely the best choice. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from Baščaršija, with major sights also very close by. The staff are frendly and helpful, making you feel at home throughout your stay. Excellent service.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town. You can easily walk to the river from here as well. The room is spacious, bed comfortable and very nice shower. The street noise can be heard a bit but not much. As other people point out, the breakfast is served from 08:00, although sometimes you can go a little earlier (but no good if you have a mid-morning flight or tour). It was adequate but I wouldn't go much further than that. The coffee however, was very good. Air good worked very well. I would return here again.

Great location, very near old city, walking distance to many eateries n shops! Helpful service desk 24 hrs but be careful there are very small rooms n at 4th floor are loft rooms with ceilings open windows with no blinds! Sunlight comes in at 5 am! And at L1 there is a room converted from previous massage room. This is the only room with a key! Very small and tight room! Be warned

“Very good centrally located hotel”

Have just returned from a 3-night stay at Hotel Sana and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. I had a room on the top floor (room 402) which had windows in the ceiling, and it was nice to look at the stars from the bed. Have just returned from a 3-night stay at Hotel Sana and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. I had a room on the top floor (room 402) which had windows in the ceiling, and it was nice to look at the stars from the bed. The room itself was a decent size with plenty of storage and a safe in the wardrobe. The bed is firm (which I like), but all pillows were very soft which if you like firm pillows will take quite a few adjustments to get comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and had the option to have a rainfall shower or a handheld shower head. The cleaning staff fully stocked the bathroom each day with little shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners. Understandably there is outside noise you can hear in the room due to the hotel’s central location. Trams rumble past the hotel from early morning into the late evening which if you are light sleeper might disturb you. However, the location of the hotel cannot be faulted as you are just across the street from the old town and have fantastic restaurants, cafes and all the attractions within a short walking distance. The selection at breakfast was great – it ranged from hot and cold options, pastries, fruits, coffees, teas and juices. My main criticism is that the breakfast starts from 8am, and I had fully packed my days with most of my activities/day trips starting at 8am so I only got to enjoy breakfast once during my stay – I would recommend the hotel start breakfast at 7.30am at the latest. For those who find themselves in a similar situation, there is a great bakery just a minute walk from the hotel called ‘Bakehouse Edin’ which opens early and sold the best bureks I have ever had (and very cheap). Overall, I would stay again and would recommend the hotel.
