“Wonderful”

The trip were super fun, the hotel is really well located and well maintained! The waiter Irinaldo was super helpful explaining lots of things including the the pepper 🌶️! I’d high recommend!

A great resort hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. A lovely large pool and bar area. Food and drinks very good. Pool bar staff very attentive. Breakfast was extensive with lots of seating at peak times including outside. Water park next door (part of the resort) but it wasn’t busy or noisy. Very near the Iguazu falls and the bird park. Great hotel for having a couple of chill days if on a tour schedule. Not much around outside the hotel.

“Beautiful resort in Iguaçu Falls”

The facilities are excellent. Pool with bar and gym on premise is lovely. We stayed in a suite; bed was large and comfortable; the spa bath was beautiful and relaxing; adjoining living areas was spacious and comfortable. The dining area is centrally located and their food is wholesome and delicious. We had buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner on different days and were happy with the service and food. In particular, Irinaldo served us on our first evening at the hotel and made us feel right at home. Thanks mate! There’s also the water park with a few huge water slides for big kids (and adults!) and plenty of options for younger kids. We came as a gay couple and found it quite leisurely to go on a few slides, have some food, and then hang out in the other pools. Access to the attractions (Iguaçu Falls and into Argentina and Paraguay) is simple enough. We were able to get Ubers when needed, and the local tours we booked were familiar with the hotel staff and made our experience seamless. Overall, highly recommend. It was recommended to us by a friend and we weren’t disappointed.

“Not great for one night only”

A one-night stay after visiting the falls was enough for us. Our room on the ground floor was a family room and was more like a dormitory. A one-night stay after visiting the falls was enough for us. Our room on the ground floor was a family room and was more like a dormitory. It was also noisy due to the constant use of the corridor by people accessing other common areas. It was very clean though. The common areas were beautifully decorated for the Easter celebrations with Carrots and Rabbits everywhere. It was very pretty. The Breakfast was extensive with lots of seating at peak times. However, we booked a table in the A La Carte restaurant for the evening and when we arrived at the restaurant it was closed. We ended up eating A La Carte in the buffet restaurant. The food was not great and it was like eating in a canteen. Definitely not worth the price we paid and no sign of an apology as forthcoming. The majority of the staff we had contact with were great, but I asked for water at the outside bar in English and the server was very rude saying he didn’t speak English. This is clearly a family friendly resort hotel and probably ideal for staying for several days or longer and making use of the pool area and other facilities. For two travel weary late middle-aged people it was not a great stay.
