“A beautiful piece of Paradise in Alto Paraíso”
This hotel is lovely. The rooms are good, but the hotel scores on its gardens and pool area. There are beautiful seating areas everywhere and it was always possible to find a shady corner. Breakfast was simple but very good. The owner was very helpful. All the staff made us welcome.

“A wonderful stay”
The pousada is very beautiful. Everything is perfect: the garden, the swimming pool area, the rooms! The staff was super kind and friendly!!! It is a perfect place for a romantic trip. We loved the food and the breakfast. I stayed in other Pousadas at Chapada. This one is the best.

Overall good experience at Recanto de Grand Paz. Felt safe. Good location. Good amenities. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and had everything you need. We booked massages that were great. “Peaceful and comfortable”
This is a beautiful Pousada, plenty of plants and flowers. Very comfortable and relaxing. Short walking distance from the main street, easy to reach but away from the noise. Rich breakfast and attentive staff.
