“Great location ! Good customer service ”
Well located. Gym is great with open air windows and great view of the ocean. Staff customer service is good from lobby to breakfast, and cleaning staff. I had no issues and the staffed helped with everything. Taxi service was great and easy. Also it's a grocery store attached. Hanging out at night… more

“Great value and location!”
Very well located in Ponta Negra, next to everything. The beach is only one block away, and the rooftop pool, Jacuzzi and sauna have beautiful views. we stayed three nights in VIP Praia Hotel Natal. For some reason online rate was cheaper by far than asking at the counter...so we used online reservation.
