“Nice welcome”
We are very well welcome, we arrived tired and the staff let us rest by giving us the room as soon as possible. The staff gave us nice ideas about sightseeing around the place such as the sunset in São Francisco river by boat

“Confortable and good location”
It is a confortable hotel. It is far from the S. Francisco river banks (the most beautiful place in Petrolina) but is near the shopping center. The staff are friendly and efficient. Negative point: the internet is unstable and sometimes slow.

“My first time at Ibis”
I was impressed with the treatment of the staff, all of them always helpful, I did not miss anything, very clean, I did not notice anything abnormal, I usually find fungi, dust in some of the hotels I host in Europe and America, Central and South. It was a good experience.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel - the staff at reception are efficient, friendly and speak excellent English.
