My wife and I stayed 4+ nights, arriving at 4AM by Uber($5) from MAO Airport. The night receptionist copied our passports and gave us a room to rest. “Still here and hoping for improvements”
Multtiple reasons. For beginning with, the check in took 45 minutes. We were hot and very tired at 4:30 am. Get to our room and the lights are not working. Well you have to put the card in a slot when you first come in the door. Would have been nice to know that. Get unpacked and ready to crash… more

Convenient hotel before heading into Amazon. Nothing particularly good or bad - room was a bit noisy but otherwise fine, and check in took a long time.
