Conveniente para shopping, café bom, empregados bom - cama grande, mas diffice para dormir. Estacionamento bom. Convenient for shopping easy parking, staff good, bed enormous - but flashing smoke detector made sleep difficult

This is an A Good Hotel in a nice part of Town , right in front of the Ouro Minas Hotel. Because of the location we decided to stay for the entire "30 Night" stay at this location, but when you have poorly trained , lazy, cant reply to your good morning kind of reception persons that we had on August 26,2017 , I decided its time to move. I came down stairs at 4AM and said good morning and when neither answered, i asked which person do i need to speak to? Remember there are no other guest around at this hour. The man replied without raising his head from his cell phone , in a i'm too busy to help a paying guest who has been here more than 5 nights, "are you leaving"? He and his female co-worker are part and parcel the reason i prefer paying more for real service at better hotels. The hotel is owned and managed by the same group that owns the ouro minas palace hotel ,and they would do themselves a favor if they trained the two individuals to raised their heads up from their cell phones and social media to answer questions The Day crew was Nice and helpful and were professional when we needed help with the safe that would not lock. its only then that i discovered one could walk out the door with the light weight safe The breakfast is acceptable but not good. i would "hesitate" to recommend this hotel to anyone who can afford better unless its for a short stay in the area. But as they say 'Location Location Location", so you have to chose. The rooms are very thin walled and you can hear the people above, you at least you can in room #1513. The toilet bowl is so close to the low hanging metal toilet paper roller that it touches your butt unless you are Twiggy. That could be a good or bad thing depending on your personal likes. I would like to say what very nice room cleaners in house keeping this hotel has. They appreciate the guest more than some who work the front desk ,who seem to have the attitude that they are too good for their job and are just waiting for stardom to call. It could be that i am expecting too much to have good service at places like Ramada and this level of hotel chain, but even they should find people who attend to their guest well, and not persons just waiting for pay day. “NEW AND BRIGHT BUT OUT OF TOWN”

We had a room that was quite satisfactory and considering cost good WI FI was excellent but Breakfast was exactly the same limited options for the 6 nights days we were there. We had a room that was quite satisfactory and considering cost good WI FI was excellent but Breakfast was exactly the same limited options for the 6 nights days we were there. Dined once and boring food and had tom pay separately from hotel bill. No 24 hr room service and also had to pay separately for drinks and nibbles purchased from foyer. The staff were very helpful at front desk but smiles in the dining room were never seen and little interaction from same staff with clients. Overall not bad value but needs to lift their game in the Dining room.

“Brazil business trip”

Basic hotel. Reasonable restaurant. Next to busy road so ask for room number that is even as the odd numbers face the road. Seems popular with flight crews. B Real 45 taxi fare from airport. WiFi ok. Front desk speaks English well.
