It's a small Inn, with just a few rooms, but comfortable and a lovely environment with a very good breakfast included. We felt at ease there as if we were at friends beach house. Definitely a best value in Buzios. We had a room right in front of the swimming pool and in a few days we've made many new friends in such a way that we've decide to spend the new years eve together as well as stayed at the Inn for the day in two occasions, just enjoying the swimming poll, the group and the service. The crew is great: warm and always willing to help, with one single exception: one of the breakfast female waiters was very rude toward us and other guests. We've filled a complaint at the reception desk and it seems she is an old case that's been taking care of. We were under the impression that she would no last long at the job. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is awesome, just two blocks away from the beach and Porto da Barra gourmet centre were one would find great food. The parking lot is spacious and free for guest which is a must have in Buzios. The swimming pool is large and kept clean but with a few loose tiles with sharp edges which in my opinion is seriously dangerous, specially for kids. While we were there another guest cut himself while swimming. I've filled another complaint and hope they fix it asap. The crew and the place are kids friendly, however there are no kids activities there, but if your kids like swimming pool and sun as mine does then you are done.

This pousada is just off the main street, so you have the convenience of a good location without the traffic noise. It is very clean and one of the best breakfasts in South America. The owner couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The other staff were the same as well. There was a fridge in the room and a lovely little swimming pool. A great little place to stay.

Location is OK but everything in Buzios is a short taxi or bus ride away. I wanted to stay near Geriba beach and this pousada fit the bill without paying too much. Location is OK but everything in Buzios is a short taxi or bus ride away. I wanted to stay near Geriba beach and this pousada fit the bill without paying too much. Geriba is about a 15 minute walk away. The centro area is about a 10 minute cab ride and not that expensive. There are also some great restaurants right on the main road near the pousada (5 minute walk). The pousda itself had smallish rooms but they seemed clean and were fine just for spending the night. Air conditioning in room worked well. The Internet in the rooms was awful. I had to go to the lobby area (closer to router) to pick up the signal. Pousada offers nice breakfast and also a tea/snack time everyday which was enjoyable near the pool on premise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They called taxis for me anytime I needed.
