“Good airport hotel”
Good hotel with good facilities, pool, gym etc, close to the GRU airport. We were allocated this hotel due to a cancelled flight. It's undergoing a refurbishment in some of the bedrooms, and quite a bit of dust, mess, dirty carpets in the non refurbished corridors, but this did not bother us. My r… more

“Grumpy Greeting”
Our stay in this airport hotel was not likely to be good after the grumpy greeting we had. The receptionist did not say hello, or look at us, let alone smile. She took a long time on her computer and then finally gave us a room key. After that everything was average for this type of hotel.
