“Nice stay”
It was a great stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved going across the street to the beach, restaurant and spa! The breakfast was included in our stay and we went every morning and it was very good and had all the essentials.

“Don't miss this hotel”
Great room, great breakfast, lovely private beach and a wonderful restaurant. A great hotel and fantastic staff. Highly recommend. Stayed twice before on ilhabela and hotel mercedes was the best. Don't miss it. A great experience. In my opinion, just wonderful

“Great”
We had a great stay. Loved the Beautiful private beach and restaurant, which has a lot of vibe and great food. Also enjoyed the deck and pool area, there are lots of places to relax and have a drink. great staff and breakfast. The hotel is also well located.

Positives: Beautiful hotel, great location, large rooms, great amenities. Need improvement: some reception staff were rude and unwilling to accommodate simple requests (not all, some were great).
