“Exceeded expectations”
Our whole experience from the time we arrived was exceptional. The staff were friendly and only too happy to help. The food choices were great and Edwardu makes a mean cocktail. “Bar”
Italo did the best drinks at the bar. Very kind service! I can recommned Italos drinks. He did an amazing job it we're about 10 guests and he could serve for all. Funny and positive vibes! If you got some extra wishes he can solve it. I hope the next time he will serve me to

“Must visit”
Raquel and Victor were fabulous at the front desk. They attendee to my every need helped me with excursions and tours as well as purchasing items on line. The hotel is very clean and attentive to everyone’s needs Hats off to Ribalta hotel for a unique experience

“3 Stars Average BUT 5 Stars EXCELLENT for Employees!”
Good location in Barra Da Tijuca. Good breakfast with variety. Hotel needs major renovation! Doesn't reflect poorly on Housekeeping at all! Regardless of how much cleaning is done, the stains and dirt are permanent! All the employees especially Dilma, Raquel and Kitty were amazing!
