“Everything was good, just the air conditioner was loud.”
Everything was good. Friendly employees. Clean hotel. The room was very good. The air conditioner in the room was very loud. Overall was a very good stayed. I stay there again and recommend. Good location!

“Top Hotel in Sao Caetano”
It was amanzing from the start till the end. The breakfast was always variated and fresh, the room was very big and clean and the employees from there were always ready to satisfy our needs. It is situated in a very nice and safe place near an awesome Shopping Mall.

“Modern, Clean, Convenient”
Stayed here for 9 days for a family visit. We booked the business suite which I’m glad we did given the duration. The business suite is the biggest room in the hotel and is well laid out and offers commanding views across the valley. I would not recommend this room for any more than 2 people. The… more

They make you pay in advance. They do not speak English at front desk. They forgot to return my passport when they took a copy (no apology). “To hot to stay !!”
AC at lobby and restaurant was NOT working during our stay. Once repaired was NOT turned on, beside our numerous claims. Was just TOOOO hot to stay at lobby and restaurant....not able to enjoy breakfast. Like it seemed....nobody cared
