All in all a very good experience at this hotel. Just as word of warning - Do not attend Reception at 12.00 noon as that is when the checkout deadline is and when checkin starts so it can be very busy. Easy and quick checkin. Room ready as planned. Received desired high floor room, queen size bed. Room clean and well maintained entire visit. “Ibis budget Jardins give value for money, but check in is terrible slow and not acceptable”
The staff at the reception are helpful and do their best but they must be working with a terrible booking system as it takes forever before you are registered and can have your room

Hotel building is located right beside the police station and the Paulinista metro station.
