All the services and staff, including those 2 gentlemans Junior and William they have been amazing with us , very helpful with our little son and us ! I highly recommend this amazing hotel ! The breakfast was so good, the location was great ! Thank you for everything ❤️

The hotel is clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk where William and Junior went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and had a room that would work for me. Thank you for a great stay!

Under renovation to avoid at the moment. Rooms are very small. They don’t care if you are ACCOR most fidelity members . No welcome . Nothing . Bathroom has a washbasin that I have never seen so small . You can not wash without having plenty of water on the floors Couch is very dirty ,cf pictures … more

Pouco mais de um ano depois da minha última estada no hotel e após uma resposta padrão da gerência à avaliação que fiz naquela oportunidade, voltamos a nos hospedar no Mercure Pinheiros na expectativa de que alguma coisa havia sido feita para mitigar os pontos que foram objetos das minhas críticas … more

Pouco mais de um ano depois da minha última estada no hotel e após uma resposta padrão da gerência à avaliação que fiz naquela oportunidade, voltamos a nos hospedar no Mercure Pinheiros na expectativa de que alguma coisa havia sido feita para mitigar os pontos que foram objetos das minhas críticas e que chamei de "senões" naquela avaliação. Todavia, nada mudou... A prática do estacionamento terceirizado que onera também os hóspedes, o café da manhã que continua a não oferecer sucos naturais, o box no banheiro do quarto com sinais de mofo no rejunte dos azulejos, o assento do vaso sanitário de péssima qualidade e com apoios faltando e um adesivo parcialmente retirado da porta de entrada do quarto evidenciam a falta de zelo e confirmam a falta de relação entre o discurso utilizado na resposta à avaliação e as efetivas e necessárias ações que dariam alguma robustez àquelas palavras que falaram de "oportunidades de melhoria" de forma descompromissada. Por essa falta de compromisso entre o discurso e a prática, reduzi minha avaliação em relação à avaliação passada, que só não foi pior, por que o staff do hotel permanece "salvando" a experiência de ser uma completa decepção. Todavia, é pouco provável que voltemos a nos hospedar nesse hotel. [English version] A little over a year after my last stay at the hotel and after a standard response from the management to the review I made at that time, we stayed at the Mercure Pinheiros again, hoping that something had been done to mitigate the points that were the subject of my criticism and that I called "buts" in that review. However, nothing has changed... The practice of outsourcing parking, which also burdens guests, the breakfast that still does not offer natural juices, the shower stall in the bathroom with signs of mold in the tile grout, the toilet seat of poor quality and with missing supports, and a sticker partially removed from the room's entrance door all demonstrate the lack of care and confirm the lack of connection between the discourse used in the response to the review and the effective and necessary actions that would give some strength to those words that spoke of "opportunities for improvement" in an uncompromising manner. Due to this lack of commitment between words and practice, I have reduced my rating compared to the previous one, which was only not worse because the hotel staff kept "saving" the experience from being a complete disappointment. However, it is unlikely that we will stay at this hotel again.
