“Oktoberfest ”
Hotel is really close to Vila Germânica, place where the Oktoberfest happen. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a parking around 15m from the hotel. My only concern is about the room maid, she was speaking and listening music during the morning and we woke up earlier.

“Well located ”
Small room, doesn't have much to offer but was very clean, had a very proactive staff. Breakfast was ok. The location is great! About 200 meters from the German village and the price was also good! Shower is not that hot. This is really a budget hotel.

“4 days in Blumenau”
A group of friends spent four nights and days in Beautiful Blumenau, SC, Brasil. I found the hotel very nice. “Budget hotel, just a 3-minute walk to Vila Germanica”
Blu Terrace is conveniently located near Vila Germanica - the Oktoberfest site - with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Decent breakfast, free parking and wifi. Some rooms may be noisy, so ask the reception for a quieter room in the top floor away from the nearby avenue.

“OK hotel for budget travelers”
The hotel services are fine (breakfast is good, beds are comfortable and shower is fine), but the hotel is not very cozy. The walls are all grey, floors are all grey, hardly any pictures on the wall.
