“A reliable hotel! Good strucuture, price and localization.”
Very good hotel. Great localization, great structure. Everything I need from the hotel was good. The poo, gym, the room for ironing clothes, etc. everything was in great conditions and taken well care of. Food at the breakfest is also vefy good. I cant speak about room service, lunch or dinner.

“Very comfortable ”
Had a good stay at Intercity Hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. A shame that the Wi-Fi connection was poor, this must be improved. Breakfast was average as most hot savoury food I had seemed reheated rather than fresh.

“Very nice hotel...but”
Several of us stayed 2 nights at this hotel over a weekend. I found on outside appearance the hotel to look fantastic. But when you looked closer you found issues. “Nice but...”
It is probably the nicest hotel in Caxias, that being said I haven’t stayed elsewhere in town. The hotel is situated next to a large shopping center, where you can find almost anything you need and positioned well within Caxias. The staff of the hotel was lovely, everyone was nice and accommodating… more

“Not great, not horrific either”
Most of the hotels we visited in a Brazil were nothing too special, this one looked a bit outdated and the bathrooms weren’t the best either in size or fittings.... But it was comfortable enough and staff friendly as most people / places you go in Brazil 😊
