“warm indoor pool”
Eptácio was friendly and speaks German. The warm indoor pool was nice in autumn. Great breakfast.

“Clean, comfortable and welcoming”
What a warm welcome from Mateus we received after traveling all day. He was so helpful getting us checked in and making us feel at home. We also really appreciated the tour desk in the lobby where we could make arrangements to see the park. Dinner and breakfast were filled with abundant local foods… more

“Nice weekend stay cation”
We had a nice big room, with living room and bedroom, nice shower and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was nice however we had to clean the pipes a bit before using whirl pool mode. Staff very friendly, especially Mateus from Reception who was very supportive with any question we had. Thank you and see you next… more

“Nice experience”
Nice experience especially if you have a short stay in iguazu. The staff excellent. Especially the luggage transfer staff and the reception staff name Eptacio was very helpful and professional.
