The best one is the perfect location, in the best place of “Jardins” neighborhood, near the subway, several bar and restaurants, and the shopping area. In fact, the hotel is a flat, and there are residents and guests. The apartments are big, kind of a suite, with a living/TV room, a small kitchen, and a balcony. The kitchen, to be functional, needs a coffee maker and a microwave. The bathroom is functional, the shower is good, but the amenities (shampoo and soap) aren’t good quality. The bed, the pillows and the towels are nice. There is free valet parking, and the Wi-Fi works well. The breakfast is served in a close restaurant and I didn’t think that was a problem. The breakfast is fantastic and has extended hours until 12pm. That’s great! The check-out is until 12pm and would better if it were later, at least until 1pm.

“Sao Paulo escapade”

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel on account of an extremely well location and the nice and helpful staff, The room is large and the shower excellent.There are working table and free wi fi and a very comfortable sofa.

I was looking for a hotel as close as possible of the weekend scientific meeting I was attending. So I found this one in the site. For me and my wife it was a good choice. We found a pleasant and helpful staff; rooms always clean with living room and a little kitchen with new furniture. The place is near restaurants, stores, bars, drugstores an banks. The neighborhood is safe to walk around at night. I loved the of the hotel. This aspect is very important after after a hard day of meetings. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. I didn't like this because the restaurants in the neighborhood are very expensive.

I am staying here for a month and it has been a fairly positive experience. After asking the cafe for black tea everyday for two weeks after they ran out and complaining about watery eggs multiple times, today one of the staff people finally said he would buy black teabags, and I saw from Brazilian guests that if you ask them to make you your own eggs they will. Apparently they aren’t allowed to offer to cook you eggs when you complain about the liquid eggs, but if you ask they will make you your own special eggs. I had a similar experience with laundry. I asked the reception three times how I could do laundry. I was told you can either pay a woman to do it, and they would get me her information, which they never did, or in I could pay per item and there is a (very expensive) list in the room. Then one day I got into the elevator to go up to the gym and the elevator started going down. A woman got in with bags of laundry and we went down to the basement. I asked her how she was doing laundry and she said there are washer and dryers down there for all residents to use for free. I was elated! Mountains of laundry piling up for weeks and low and behold there was a way to do laundry the whole time, despite it being a secret at the reception desk. My room is comfortable and the shower is delightful. The housekeeping does a beautiful job everyday and it is a delight to come back from work to such a tidy and neat room. However, this could have been a 5 star experience if the staff had been more forthcoming and helpful. How is a foreigner to know you can ask for your own special eggs when they don’t tell you this when you complain that the eggs are liquid water? How do you expect everyone to drink coffee at breakfast when the tea runs out? And how can you expect people to pay hundreds of dollars for laundry with a free washer and dryer in the basement? I am sharing this information so you can better enjoy your stay here and maximize your time. I lost 3 weeks without all of the important tips. Thanks again to housekeeping. You are the best!
