“Nice and quiet hotel”

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. It has many different types of accommodation. From single rooms to family suites. The breakfast was delicious. It has internal swimming pool, spa center and a small playground

Central location (10 min walk from centre) - We stayed 5 nights and sheets nor towels were changed, no cleaning of floors or bathroom. Also no extra garbage… more

Swimming pool and sauna only open from 10:00 - 18:00 Warm water only for one shower or two real short ones Not all rooms have same facilities: from 4 apartments we rented only one had washing machine.

“Reasonable value in what can be a pricey town in ski season.”

Sprawling estate with blocks of apartments, with a pool and sauna attached to one block, available to all, and a restaurant and bar attached to reception. Rooms are basic. Not all blocks have lifts and the light switch timers on the stairs only last long enough to go one or two floors, which is dangerous at night. The pool is large and lovely. The restaurant is cheap but not good and you don’t always get what you order. Breakfast is basic but ok. Good coffee!

We stayed at this hotel in January during the ski-season and we had an average experience but the hotel itself has capacity and potential to offer more. To start with the positive sides, the hotel has an ideal location i.e. it's a 15-minute walk from the center but it still offers a shuttle at regular times throughout the day. The room, the restaurant, the pool and the facilities were well-maintained and very clean (I particularly enjoyed the pool because having no other guests to make noise it was peaceful and relaxing even though the water was not warm but a bit on the chilly side) and the staff were amazing from the cleaners to the restaurant staff and the receptionist. Finally, the best side of being the only guests for pre-paid dinner is perhaps that we got a four-course meal which except for the desert was pretty delicious and satisfying. However, on the negative side, one-bedroom apartment was perhaps and average size but we think it was too small for a comfortable four-day stay for four people since we kept bumping into each other and found it hard to watch TV at the same time. There was also no drain or curtains in the bathroom so all the water from the shower stayed inside and made a wet mess in the bathroom which spread to the other rooms as we were walking out of it. Lastly, we really disliked the breakfast buffet which was extremely poor in choice and quality, too. All in all, the pros and cons that I have listed above provided for the average three-star rating of the hotel which as I said has the potential but it needs to strive to fulfill it.
