“Unreal location to stay!”
5/5, súper friendly staff ( Slav) and got use of the pool and sauna anytime! Great location and felt safe here too loved the hotel and the pancakes for breakfast were a highlight! Lots of facilities and a sauna is perfect after a long day! Thank you hotel Elegant Bansko

“Great value for your money”
Great location,near to Strazite, has everything you need, spa with pool and sauna, table tenis, biliard, very nice and friendly stuff, very clean rooms-cleaning every day new towals and warm rooms, exelent choice, we will come again

“Good offer”
Very nice and kind personnel. The facilities where good and the price was ok for what it offered. Very close to the town center and the lifts. Recommended for skiing vacations. Not so clean as I would have wanted.

“Holiday 3-10 March”
Had great holiday at Hotel Elegant with very friendly staff. Great value for money hotel very close to nightlife and 10 mins walk or free hotel shuttle to the gondola in the morning. Food was good although needed a heat in microwave. The friendly chef was always happy to heat up. Hot and cold break… more

Stayed 3rd March to 10th March, staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to all the buzzing nightlife and shops.. Average food and good selection salads meats but not 5 *.
