“Great place”
First of all ı would like to thank your hospitality. We stayed 2nd time at Grand Royale, its like our home in Bansko. Location is very good. Rooms and cleanless is very nice. “We had a great time”
We had a great time with my family with two small children. The food was delicious and of good quality, there is a great pool with a separate level for small children, the spa was top notch. We are satisfied with the stay, the price was also satisfactory.

“PEASENT STAY”
I WAS THERE WITH MY CHILDREN AND MY GRAND-SON MY FRINDS ALSO. WE STAYED IN 2 VERY BIG APARTMAN. VERY PLEASENT HOTEL WITH BIG , CLEAN APARTMENT. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE WAS STANDARD LEAVEL.
