“Authentic, welcoming hotel”
Excellent hotel, modern clean rooms. We are in the hotel every evening. The food was fantastic. Traditional Bulgarian, plentiful and delicious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. If I visit Bansko again I will definitely be staying here!

“Lovely Chalet Stay in Bansko”
Lovely ski like chalet in Bansko, only blocks from center of town, set in scenic Pirin mountains. The room is exceptionally clean and spacious and the staff very nice. The town is highly walkable and very nice although a tad touristy with souvenir shops.

Large & quiet rooms with great views & balcony. The restaurant area was nice & service quick. Its old no more than 3 stars hotel in Bansko. I couldn't stay more than 2-3 nights there and won't chose it for my long vacation.
