Stayed here as part of 7 day Ski trip to Banko. The managers kept us some food on checkin as the restaurant was closed and were helpful all the way through the stay. Traditional Bulgarian hotel, great location - restaurants, supermarket, gondola. Nice breakfast&dinner. Room with balcony, warm and with comfortable beds. We loved the spa facilities after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend.

“Ski break in Bansko”
Hotel was very clean and we got plenty of use of the pool and spa after returning from the slopes. Dining area was good and the breakfasts were just what was needed.
