“Great little hotel in the middle of Bansko”
We had a great stay at Kap House Hotel. The room was warm and clean and the offer of a jacuzzi was much appreciated. Although we did not utilise this, they even offered in-house massage for £30 per hour. The location was great too, walking distance from the gondola, ski hire places and all the bars… more

“Excellent massage!”
We went for a full body massage here and it was excellent! The best full-body massage I’ve ever had. (And they do mean full body…!) “Great find in Bansko”
Fantastic hotel, simple room nice pool and spa facilities. Good location in the middle of old and new town with about a 5min walk to the gondala. The breakfast was basic but satisfied us perfectly! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating we will be booking again for next year!

“Lovely hotel.”
This was our 4th time at this hotel and we really couldn't fault it. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. “Ski trip for 5 nights - great place”
Just returned and loved this place. Its location is perfect - right in the middle of it all Staff lovely, rooms lovely, breakfast good and what you need before hitting the slopes and spa/massage great. Cant wait to return Also try the restaurant - lovely food and 10% discount
