“Superb hotel, excellent staff and facilities.”
The hotel staff were superb, very helpful. I didn't catch the ladies name from reception but she was very considerate. The breakfast buffet had everything you need. The free spa facilities were a bonus, steam, pool, sauna and relaxation room. Only a 15 minute walk to the gondola station. Plenty of… more

“Super holiday”
Can not recommend Royal Park Hotel Bansko enough. Service, food, staff is brilliant. Room was very clean. Swimming pool is great. Transport to town chenter is always on time and the drive is very friendly. Definitely will come back next year.

We stayed in the hotel at the beginning of February, the hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and warm, the staff was friendly, the spa was not big but was okay. It has a shuttle bus that takes you to the gondola, which is a big plus given the location.. The only thing that's missing was a ski rent… more
