“An excellent stay at Pirin Park”
Had to spend one night along with group at Pirin Park. Booking was group booking so quite fast check in and rooms allotment. Basically it is a resort type property soy room was at ground floor near the swimming pool. Thought of swimming but it was very cold around 12 Dec C so could not dare to go… more

“Great spa vacation!”
Nice and recommendable hotel! Clean rooms and nice facilities! Downer... it lacked good vegan food! Better breakfast than dinner! It lacked timely refill for dinner!🍀

“Needs room renovation”
Nice and quiet location. Rooms need renovation urgently. Old furniture. Hard beds. Pillows not comfortable. Not enough light in bathroom. Very old hairdryers. Spa and pools good but overcrowded. In the restaurant for breakfast: just a few tables inside, if you dont find one,you should go in terrace… more

“Great pool area, but customer service was adequate at best.”
As this is apparently a 5-star hotel, we were expecting better. Our room was spacious, and so was our bathroom which was well appointed, but the shower leaked and SOAKED the floor. The pool area was very nice and the water a great temperature, but we could not figure out where to find the towels … more
