“I will hopefully be back”
Actually, we couldn't really give the maximum rating, because we were first directed to a building where the elevator didn't work and the TV didn't either. If you might not know that the TV worked, then the receptionist should have known that the elevator didn't work. It wasn't even high season, so… more

“Tropicana restorant at the Obzor beach resort”
The resort is nice you have pool and Beach in one and is excellent for kids But the tropicana restorant is not good with service You come as one of the first guests for lunch and you end up waiting a lot anyway. “Go peak season”
After a few teething problems everything was sorted and fine. I would recommend not coming at the end of season, though. It is so depressing watching the hotel shut down. The staff were, without fail, excellent
