“A Rare Find, excellent ”
We didn’t stay here, but used the restaurant twice. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. Was beginning to think all Bulgarians were rude after our experience at Via Pontica Hotel but staff at the restaurant at Penelope Palace have shown me otherwise.
