“Nice hotel”

It's nice hotel but be careful with some room. Some room had mold on the wall. Take higher then first floor. In the hotel it's great patio and good food. Really nice service. The best barman in the world - Panche.

Spent a week in late August at the hotel. We were located on top (3rd) floor with beautiful panoramic view over the sea. The grounds of the hotel are shared with other sister hotels of the owner which means great access to shared infrastructure: pools, bars, lunge chairs in the well appointed gardens. The location was just perfecf- next to long, sandy beach (loungers and umbrellas at an extra cost of BGN 6/day each). The beach is guarded by professional and very active lifeguards. It is also clean and lively (bars with good quality food). Mind that given that hotel sits on a small cliff beach access is either via stairs or relatively steep road. Those preferring pool will have larger one for adults and two smaller ones for kids including water slides. Despite being there in high season the pool was never too crowded (maybe due to proximity to splendid and very warm Black Sea- why waste time on pool?). We are in the all inclusive option and found food to be varied and plentiful at all means. Having said that it is worth notting that food variety didn't change much overtime- fine for a week but perhaps not enough diverse for longer stays. There is organised entertainment through the day- kids clubs and evening disco for children and adults alike. The downside of the later is that music volume and quality varies from day to day: on some days it was very tasteful (if accompanied by live set of Gentleman with Saxophone), on others it was the most primitive quasi club music of the worst sort. As these activities are held openair the sound can be clearly heard especially in the uneven numbered rooms. The good news though is that by Bulgarian (and very strictly obeyed) law all of these noises need to be muted by 23:00 in all the establishments. Meaning that you can as well use the time after dinner to stroll around town coming alive in the evening. While many attractions are typical for tourist venues (cheap gift shops etc) there are many worth the time including Balkan/Turkish foods, live music and sea promenade. We didnt manage to make use of many extra trips available at the hotel or local tour providers but the one we did and can highly recommend is horse riding along sand dunes by the sea- great and quite unique treat for proficient riders.
