“Riu Helios Sunny Beach Best Holidays”
One of the best holidays we had. Myself, wife and 3 little ones have a lovely time at RIU Helios Bay Hotel. We did get a room on the top floor with sea view. “Amazing hotel”
So first we visited in Sept 2018. But I just hadn't got round to making a review since. The food was very very good. Maybe not perfect but it's buffet food so you can't really complain too much. “Riu Helios”
Definitely one of the low end of the Riu chain. This place on arrival looked very old, we were disappointed. The staff were very friendly and very good at their jobs. “Lovely hotel”
It's a 3 star hotel, but very good,staff can't do enough to help the rooms and hotel very clean, the only reason I haven't given higher stars is our air con was not on and our room was unbearably hot. Due to it not being turned on until later in the month.
