The first night gave the rating a minus because also we had a triple room we had only two beds and a sofa that was practically o no use. The hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach. The beach is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and there is a good restaurant next to the hotel. “Great rates, staffm and location.”
This place is reasonably priced, room are large and clean, although maid service wasn't the best. The people are the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. The locations is great since you are walking distance to everything.

So the hotel is purely room only and this suits well in sunny beach as it is so cheap to eat out. There is really no need to go all inclusive.
