We first visited Helena Hotel in 2013. We have visted every year since, sometimes twice a year ( excluding lockdown). In total over 16 times. We wouldn't want to stay at another hotel in Sunny Beach. We first visited Helena Hotel in 2013. We have visted every year since, sometimes twice a year ( excluding lockdown). In total over 16 times. We wouldn't want to stay at another hotel in Sunny Beach. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are very well equipped. Plenty of wardrobe & draw space for all clothing. The restaurant is lovely, with a great choice of hot food or delicious salad bread or rolls. A great choice of sweets & ice-cream. Or a choice of fresh fruit. There is always a crisp white tablecloth. Inside the restaurant & also the outside dining area. There are Coffee / Tea machines too. Great comfortable relaxing bar areas ( in both hotels) We have stayed in the Helena Park also the adjacent Sands Hotel. Which are both set in beautiful gardens. Both with great outside pool areas.. Also with a shared indoor pool. The fabulous beach is just outside the hotel gates. Helena Resort has it's own sunbathing area. With free Sunbeds & umbrella's. Also included are the use of free beach towels. To change as often as you like, during your stay.. Our recent visit was on June 8th 2026. A great ideal location, at the quiet northern end of Sunny Beach 🏖 Mrs L Fisher.

This hotel is absolutely stunning the rooms are big and very clean very high standard our cleaner was fantastic clean towels everyday the food was amazing all fresh and hot that good we didn't eat out once the drinks are fab love the coffee machines when we arrived at 1 am we were greated by a lovley member of staff taken to our room and then shown to reastraunt where they had provided food for us lovley touch the staff at this hotel are a credit they work so hard and will do anything for you the pool area is lovley the indoor pool gym and steam rooms in helena sands are fab too we used the facilities and found everything clean to the highest standard we loved it that much we are returning for our wedding anniversary in Sept 2027 and cant wait best hotel in Bulgaria thanks to everyone at helena park for such a wonderful stay cant wait to come back xx

Lovely hotel, just a little bit off the main strip of Sunny Beach which makes it quieter and more peaceful, which is what we were looking for. Beach right on your door step with a fabulous beach bar. Rooms were very clean. The beds are a little uncomfortable we requested mattress toppers which we received and made a massive difference. Cleaning staff are very friendly and do a great job. The food was 10 out of 10 so fresh great choice every night the waiting staff are very attentive . The entertainment team are very friendly and fun. You can see how hard they work to keep everyone entertain everyone. I would have liked to see a few different activities throughout the day and not the same. Great place for people who want to travel on their own as there was many solo travellers who were on their 3rd or 4th visit to the hotel.
