I spent 8 days in the Kuban Resort with my family,8 adults,two boys aged 6 years and five years and a 7 month baby ,I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough,we went all inclusive the meals,snacks,soft drinks and alcohol were top class and suited everyone's taste,while the rooms were basic,they were clean and comfortable,the towels were spotless, the entertainment for adults and children was great fun,the pool aera was brilliant, the Management and Staff were very professional and helpful,I have limited mobility and everyone I met were very helpful ,I really enjoyed the massage, I would highly recommend this hotel to families,and couples ,it was my first visit to Sunny Beach and I'm already planning my next holiday to the Kuban hotel Best wishes from Ireland

It was extremely good except for being noisy at night.” I've been to Sunny Beach 5 times before. Of all the hotels I've stayed in so far, this one has the most tourism-focused staff. It's in a very central location. The advantage is that everything is right at your doorstep, but because it's next to discos and entertainment centers, if you have a room on the disco side, you can hear noise coming into your room until 2-3 am. My view was amazing. From the 18th floor, I had a complete view of the sea, Nessebari, and Sunny Beach. The food is reasonable for the price paid. There's a wide variety of food to eat. The five large water slides and pools are great for kids. The animation team organizes programs during the day and night

Apart from 4 members of staff in this hotel the rest are really rude You can’t eat a full plate of food at meal times before they take it and you say thank you they just ignore you Food at meal times is very limited to what you have if you like chips , chicken , pasta , pork dishes Eggs 4 differ… more

Apart from 4 members of staff in this hotel the rest are really rude You can’t eat a full plate of food at meal times before they take it and you say thank you they just ignore you Food at meal times is very limited to what you have if you like chips , chicken , pasta , pork dishes Eggs 4 different ways and hot dogs this food restaurant is right up your alley The rooms are lovely and clean but a bit outdated but you can get past that issue as you don’t spend much time in there Round the pool is a snack bar if you go in more than once you get told off as did I and a couple of others Only just come back so it’s the start of the season The sunny bar wasn’t even open or the spa Bulgaria is an amazing place but would be even better if this hotel wasn’t in it
