This was our first family ski holiday with our two kids and we selected Pamporovo as the deals were excellent. We stayed at the Snezhanka hotel in the self catering apartments. On arrival we were very pleasantly impressed by the hotel. Lovely lobby area with sofas, bar and some live music in the evening. Our apartment was a one bedroom apartment on the sixth floor. It had loads of storage for all our ski gear. The lift up and down was really slow and it was quicker to walk the stairs. Can’t comment on the food or the swimming pool as we were self catering but the pool looked ok. It works out at £10 for an adult and £5 for a child to use it. If staying self catering please ensure that you bring loads of your favourite food/cereals/tea etc as we only brought a small amount. There are a few ‘small’ shops which sell some essentials but they are ridiculously expensive and only have basics. The whole of Pamporovo was closing down for the end of the season which meant a lack of eating options in the resort when not on the slopes. Food and drinks in the bars/restaurants were well priced. Beer -£2.50 ish, coke £2.50 ish, pizza £9 ish Apartments were warm, spacious and clean. Cleaner was in each day and changed the towels once during the week. Able to sign into Disney+ on the TV so kids could watch films etc. Good bar and pool table across in the bowling alley across the road. Daks Irish Bar is beside the apartments and served good food and drinks. Was always quiet up to about 9pm then it seemed to get busier. Skiing was good in the morning but the afternoon temperatures meant it was very slushy on the slopes in the afternoon and lack of snow was becoming an issue at the end of the week with quite a few slopes closing. If we were going again we’d be tempted by half board which allowed use of the pool, breakfast and dinner as there were so few other places to eat in the village this late in the season. Overall for the price the apartment was excellent value.

This is the third time I stayed at these apartments on a half board basis for a weeks skiing with friends and family, and we love it It's cheap as chips,completely basic and needs a good old refurbishment. However, the reception with its lovely fire and great atmosphere can't be beaten,the guy singing in the evenings gets everyone going, and it's perfect to relax after a day on the slopes The food is a bit samey but the fresh salads are always superb,I've stayed in other more expensive places in pampy and the quality is not much better The apartments have a kitchen and dining area with sofa beds and separate bedrooms,again very basic, but you are barely in there, and the showers are good and hot which is just what you need,you might find the shower door hanging off though😀 There are regular buses to the ski centre which is 10 minutes away,Location is great as you are near a few shops,bars,supermarkets and restaurants if you fancy an evening out

You get what you pay for - it was a cheap no frills package via Travel Solutions for a family of 4, with a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The room was very dated, but clean. You get what you pay for - it was a cheap no frills package via Travel Solutions for a family of 4, with a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The room was very dated, but clean. You spend so much time up the slopes. The common areas in reception were clean/comfortable and spacious for relaxing in the evening with live music each night. Good location with a ‘free’ no charge ATM in the hotel next door and directly opposite. Cash only bar here. You must pay extra for the pool if staying SC only, which is 20 lev for adults & 10lev for kids. I personally having experienced both here & the Perelik pool would prefer to pay the extra to go across the road as it is more modern. Good hotel to make friends with other families.
