We had to change hotels from Erma to Sentido Marea because I have a disability, and from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed with a smile. The staff were incredibly attentive to wheelchair accessibility, and they made sure everything was well adapted for my needs. We had a designated handicap room, which was spacious, practical, and perfectly suited to my requirements. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I became ill on the last day of our trip. We were supposed to check out at 11 a.m., even though our bus was not coming until 9 p.m., but the hotel went above and beyond and allowed us to keep our room at no extra cost so I could rest. The chef prepared special meals for me based on the doctor’s advice, and the staff arranged for a doctor to visit, following up with care and providing anything we needed — extra towels, buckets, fresh bedding, and more. (My illness was not related to the hotel.) The pool area was lovely, even though the water was a little deeper than expected 🙈. There was no wheelchair ramp into the pool, which wasn’t a problem for me as I can walk a little, but it could be challenging for guests with more severe disabilities. The poolside service was excellent — the waiters kept an eye on drinks, fixed parasols, and tidied the area almost constantly. The bar was also very accommodating regarding allergies. Our room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained; we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The only accessibility drawback we noticed was that the ramp from the Senso Bar down to the street was very steep, making it difficult for wheelchair users to navigate safely. Outside the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by how wheelchair-friendly the streets were. While many shops were not accessible with a wheelchair, for a destination like this, it was far better than I expected. Even the tourist “trains” had a dedicated wheelchair carriage, which was a big plus. Overall, Sentido Marea exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are truly grateful for the kindness and care shown to us.

I want to share my admiration for the restaurant at Hotel Sentido Marea, which turned our vacation into an unforgettable experience. As connoisseurs of good food, we were impressed by the exceptional quality and the rich variety offered every day. Every dish was prepared with mastery and attention to detail – from the fresh salads and appetizers to the main courses and tempting desserts. However, what makes the restaurant truly special is the team. Congratulations to the entire staff – always smiling, helpful, and with an impeccable attitude towards the guests. We felt taken care of at every moment. Our biggest admiration goes to the Head Chef! His personal attention, greetings, and the special treatment we received show not only high professionalism but also a true passion for his work. Thank you for making us feel so valued! We will definitely be back again!

I just returned from this hotel, where I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, especially the entertainment team – with a special mention for Aaron – who were always smiling and ready to help with anything. The room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was restocked upon request. The food was very good, varied, and tasty (although I would have liked a few more breakfast options). The beach is very close, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. It was a relaxing stay, and I already miss it.

Hello everyone, I spent the last 2 weeks in Bulgaria at the Sentido Marea Hotel, expecting a normal, good vacation, but when we arrived, everything was better than expected. A beautiful hotel with very good rooms and excellent maintenance, the food was also fantastically delicious, and the service is very good, everyone is friendly. When I was at the pool, it showed me that the money was worth it. The pool shows with the pool gymnastics, dances, and games were awesome. But apart from that, the entertainers were amazing! They were so good and put a big smile on all our faces, so much so that after our vacation, we missed the entertainers and wanted to go back to the hotel. They did their job very well and were motivated and enjoyed their work. They greet you in a friendly way, and early in the morning at the pool, you already have a great day. Toni is a very motivated entertainer who put such a big laugh on our faces and always greeted and smiled, no matter where he was. Aaron is also a very good entertainer; he is very entertaining, and if you are asked to join a game, you are approached with a smile. Mintu is a girl who brings a good mood to the day early in the morning with her motivated attitude, and she also participates in the pool gymnastics and is very friendly with the guests. They all made our vacation wonderful. The Sentido Marea dance is so stuck in our heads that you can't forget the entertainers.We'll be back next year and hope that the animation team is still there to make our vacation even better.
