Diamond Member - compared to UK hotels disappointed. No upgrades although hotel not full. No welcome for Loyalty with Diamond Elite membership. Constantly reminded room only for 2 pax. This is a very good hotel provided you get it under 100 a night Anything above will not make it good value Hotel is clean. The room was in tough shape. Clean, but damage to the drywall and permanent stains on the walls. The elevator was also busted. We booked this assuming it was reasonably close to the airport however it’s not. Shuttle to the airport only happens on the hour, which wasn’t convenient for us.
