“Good Hotel!”
We where here after visiting Jasper. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was different from other hotels but good. “What a great surprise”
Travelling around Canada for 4 weeks and this was our best room. We had a family room and it was in the new area. I can not review the older area so make sure you are in the new section. “Great hotel with pool”
Great pool with waterslide. Washing machine and dryer free for guests. Great breakfast with all the regulars, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, yogurt, cereal, muffins, etc. Close to highway 16. Friendly and helpful staff.

“Stay in another town if you can do so.”
We chose to have a kitchen room and ended up getting the separate motel unit on ground floor. Room was somewhat clean. The bathroom had hair on the tile wall around the tub, a very large spider hiding under the rolled bathmat on the floor leaning against the tub. The grout really needs a good scrub… more

“Thin walls”
The place is clean, and the staff are friendly. But the walls are paper thin. You can hear people walking outside and your neighbours talking in their rooms. As well as other activities they might be up to. Everything else is good, but if you’re a light sleeper, I’d maybe try elsewhere.
