The Whale's Tail was exactly what I wanted as a base to explore Vancouver Island's west coast. The fully functional kitchen and free laundry facilities were most appreciated. “Whale of a time!”
We had a great experience! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location! We even had a little Deer visit us in the backyard!

“4 night stay”
Great condo style hotel for my small family. Loved the pool access and the well stocked kitchen which made cooking meals easy. Clean room and very well located at centre of town

“Great experience”
It was a very good stay & nice visit in Ucuelet. Owner accommodated us from a double booking at another hotel. Owner also expedited the check in
