Quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Sharing a bathroom with the adjacent room was not an issue. The room was comfortable. The location is very convenient. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs in walking distance and public transit is also close.

“Great stay!”
Hotel Willo is centrally located with a SkyTrain station very close by. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vancouver.

“Wonderful!”
The hotel is very clean and comfortable and relatively close to all sightseeing sites. When booking my room I didn’t pay attention that the wc and showers were shared facilities, but at the check in they upgraded my room. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and will definitely return.

“Friendly staff/Difficult Machines!”
My husband and I had a comfortable room on the 9th Floor. It was very clean, with comfortable beds. The problem was a very difficult vending machine off the Lobby. WE had to get down on our knees to get the purchased items out of the slot. Only a five year old would find this retrieval possible… more
