“Lovely spring break getaway”

Lovely experience over spring break with our family. Great location and friendly staff. Housekeeping staff (Iryna) was very helpful and friendly with anything we needed.

“Great Stay in Whistler”

Great stay here. We were given a complimentary upgrade to an executive unit. Unit was clean. Staff were helpful.and ensured that any issues were resolved. Free on-site laundry facilities. Great location in Whistler. Parking is tight especially for larger sized vehicles.

We had a great stay at the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s just off the main Village Stroll, which means you’re only a minute from the restaurants, shops, and lifts but without as much of the foot traffic and noise right outside your door. The hotel shuttle to the ski lifts was easy and convenient and made getting to the mountain very simple. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a queen bed, sofa, and a small dining table for two. Everything was clean and the room temperature stayed comfortable throughout our stay. We occasionally heard some noise in the hallway, but it was quiet overnight and never interfered with sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. During our stay there were a couple temporary inconveniences related to building maintenance and laundry availability, but the staff handled it professionally and made things right with a credit to our bill, which we appreciated. Another highlight is the restaurant attached to the hotel, Laurette Brasserie. We had dinner and brunch there and both were excellent—definitely worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Overall this is a comfortable boutique hotel in a fantastic Whistler Village location. Highly recommended.

Great ski hotel. Pleasant staff and great location. Everything is walkable - however, it was just a little too far to the ski lifts in ski boots for me. They have their own free shuttle bus, but I just rented skis from somewhere closer to the lifts, and then changed my boots/shoes there. There is no boot drying room in the hotel, which surprised me. As a European skier, I’m used to these being pretty standard in hotels. Soggy cold boots were a little frustrating each morning. The rooms themselves are excellent, with lovely toiletries, and everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, all very clean, and serviced well each day. The little kitchen is a great bonus. I made breakfast every morning and then ate out in the evening. There’s a fantastic supermarket directly opposite. My only issue was noise. I had no issues from outside, but the internal room doors have zero soundproofing so you can hear absolutely everything. There is no restaurant, but you are spoiled for choice in the town centre. Balam and Araxi were my personal favourites.
