“Best Hotel In London Ontario”
From check in to check out, world class customer service and care!! Came down for my wife surgery and the care we received was amazing.. Room was beautiful atrium was beautiful!! Best hotel in London Ontario

“Kinda gross”
Pool area is dirty. Hair and skin floating in hot tub. I didn’t go down the waterslide but my daughter complained that it was dirty and stains smelled like pee. They really need to clean the pool area. Rooms were clean.
