“Love this hotel, don't love the cost of staying.”

Stayed here with my dogs while going through a move. The pet fee Hilton charges in general is really steep, but this hotel is so good I didn't mind paying it. Every time you walk in you are greeted by smiling staff and you just feel welcome. Can't beat the location alongside a multitude of restaurants and shopping areas. I've stayed here numerous times and while hotel was under construction this most recent time, it didn't make a difference. There was no construction noise and the hotel worked around the site to maintain the customer experience. My only reason for 4 stars is that the hotel offers a government/military rate, but doesn't align its pricing with the prescribed National rate limits for government, so it's a bit misleading in that regard. Still absolutely love this place though.

“Really good hotel that is value for money”

Really great hotel that represents value for money. . Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is really excellent. Gym is good, a few more weights would be good though. Pool is small but absolutely fine. Overall a really good hotel at a fair price.

We have loved this hotel and have stayed there dozens of times over the years. It had always been great. Our last stay was a huge disappointment. We checked in after 7pm and were given a nice room but upon checking it, we discovered that the room was not cleaned after the last occupant. There was an open bottle of water, a used coffee cup, a partially used soap and the bathroom counter was sticky. The bed although sort of made up looked dirty and used. We called the desk and the desk person instead of offering to move us came up to check it. We showed her all the issues so we did get another room. This newly assigned room had mold in the shower and a counter not so clean. There was only one set of towels. Again not like we have come to know at this favorite hotel. Please do better so we will come back. We told the desk at check out and did get a significant discount. We weren’t looking for a discount but just wanted them to do better. Housekeeping needs work. This was never the case before.

We stayed here for about 5 days as we were moving from the area. We thought we might get the buffet breakfast but never chose that as we usually went to McDonalds which was a nice walk. We also went to Krispy Kreme one morning! The location is GREAT: right next to the Outlet Mall and Ikea and close to other attractions. Although they are under construction, everything was still functioning: the pool is small but nice, the gym was good. We'd stay again for sure!
