We stayed one night in the Hotel, but did not use the spa. Overall it was a very positive experience. We had a "Comfort" category room on the 2nd floor with two double beds, on a Saturday night. The room was spacious and clean, and in nice condition. We enjoyed the gas fireplace (nice for a romantic evening), and the beds were pretty comfy. The room was quiet and we were not disturbed by other guests. The included breakfast was in their dining room and was good. It was buffet style, with scrambled eggs / bacon / sausages / fruit / yogurt / toast / etc. Nothing extraordinary, but it was fine. I was happy with the stay, and would recommend the hotel.

The room was great! The dinner on Saturday night was good but the service was very very slow! Was very disappointed on the service. We got our supper before getting our drinks. The room was great! The dinner on Saturday night was good but the service was very very slow! Was very disappointed on the service. We got our supper before getting our drinks. Had to remind the bartender that drinks were ordered before our diner. Description on the menu should be detailed. For example carbonara was ordered but it had blue cheese in the recipe, wasn't able to eat half because I don't like blue cheese. Wasted supper. Breakfast on the last day was awful. It was reheated from the previous day. Yogurt was expired as well. Merci Rock and Josée

“My experience from my stay”

During my time at the spa, I was kinda disappointed because there were only 2 hot tubs open :/ Also, the wet sauna was really hot and had powerful steam that nobody could withstand. Also, the breakfast served to our room during the week, was the same thing both nights and wasn't that great ..... more

During my time at the spa, I was kinda disappointed because there were only 2 hot tubs open :/ Also, the wet sauna was really hot and had powerful steam that nobody could withstand. Also, the breakfast served to our room during the week, was the same thing both nights and wasn't that great .. Although, I can definitely say that the price and spa are a very reasonable price and the scenery and location is absolutely stunning!

We booked this location for 5 nights as were we doing a road trip to visit the spots on the Chemin de Terrior. I thought I had booked a hotel - with all the regular hotel features. It is NOT it is primarily a Spa - where some guests stay overnight for 1 or 2 days. There is no separate checkin or desk for hotel guests, as a result we waited for spa clients to be accommodated. The person at reception the evening we arrived was not helpful at all. While the hotel had a dinning room, we needed reservations and they were full. When I asked if there were other restaurants in the area - he told he doesn't know he doesn't live nearby. He also knew nothing about Chemin du Terrior. The venue looks tired - the stairs to the front door are in disrepair, the paint on the banisters and handrails has come off and need to be painted. Breakfast on weekdays is ordered in advance and brought to the room – except reception had not told us of this. On the positive side – our room was spacious and clean, with the exception of the first person we met most of the staff was helpful and friendly. The grounds are lovely and is in fact an Oasis.
