This is an amazing hotel with great staff all around. The rooms are very clean. We’ve been staying here on and off over the last few months because of the hospital, and the staff here have been like family and treated us like gold. “A good stay”
Service at the hotel is excellent. A wonderful young gentleman checked us in - super friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant was also good, as was the food for dinner. The hotel is a little tired, the room could have done with a vacuum and the pillow cases are way too small for the pillo… more

Overall a nice retrofitted reno and the Crowne Plaza name. The room is modern and the beds are super comfy. What shocks me is no blackout curtains. I've never seen that.
